DELIVERY TIME & SHIPPING COSTS

A charge of €4 is for shipments within the Netherlands.

A charge between €6 and €8is for shipments to EU countries.

A charge of €12is levied for shipments to the rest of the world, when fit in a small, flat envelope. Please contact us first, before placing your order.

- Shipment of the parcels is done by PostNL and can be tracked by the customer.

- Standard shipping time within the Netherlands is 2-4 business days. All other countries delivery time is 5-6 days.

 

The delivery time of all pieces might be longer, as we handmade all items.

Lost items

Parcels that are tracked as being delivered but not received by the customer are considered to be delivered. This may happen if someone else but you signs for the receipt of the parcel (e.g. neighbors, working colleagues). We do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered.
