RETURN POLICY

The cancellation policy applies to deliveries to EU-countries only.

Please note: Due to customs regulations, there is no right of withdrawal for deliveries to third countries, i.e. all countries outside the European Union (EU).

Goods that are not made on special order or customised we offer a full refund provided you return the goods to us within 14 days. We will not be able to accept returns made outside this time period.

Please note all item(s) have to be returned undamaged, unworn and in their original packaging with all tags attached and only after notify your return with the offical form here below. Goods are returned to oh so bo at your expense. We recommend that the return shipment is sent back to us by recorded post and retain proof of postage and insured to its appropriate value as the goods are under your responsibility until we receive them. Customized jewelry is excluded from returns and refunds.

 

When we receive your items, we will check the goods so that they are in their original condition and all the tags are in place. If the goods are returned in the same condition as we shipped them, we will arrange the refund against your original payment method. This refund will be done within 4-6 days. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
